Finance and Admin Manager

The Job

• Lead and manage a team of finance and admin staff and be responsible for the full spectrum  of financial and management accounting of the church as well as ensuring the smooth day-to- day operations of general admin, HR and logistics

• Ensure timely and accurate financial and regulatory reporting as well as compliance with  relevant statutory requirements and standards

• Manage day-to-day finance functions such as accounting, invoicing, cash management, etc

• Review work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency

• Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and standards

Qualifications

• Degree or a Professional qualification in Accountancy with at least 5 years of relevant work  experience

• Good knowledge of FRS standards

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Prior experience in leading and managing a team would be an added advantage

Finance & Admin Officer

The Job

• Banking-in of collections, prepare payroll and payments

• Keep up-to-date accounting records, maintaining ACCPAC accounting system and all related  duties

• Prepare the Monthly Accounts of the Parish for PCC meetings

• Prepare the Annual Accounts of the Parish for auditing and reporting

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or higher qualifications with at least 3 years of relevant working  experience
